Privacy notice

What Miracle collects when you fill in a form on this site, why we hold it, who touches it, and how to have it removed. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated
Consent wording version
miracle-interest-v1
Applies to
The miracle.technology website and the forms on it — founding registration, and the interest form for movers, merchants and partners.
Does not cover
The Miracle mobile app. It is not released, and this notice will be extended before it is. The app will need access to your movement data to count your activities.
Operating phase
Miracle is an experiment in beta, being built and tested ahead of launch in its first markets. Pre-registration is open to anyone, anywhere, so this notice applies to everyone who fills in a form here — it is not limited to any one country.

Who is responsible for your details

Miracle is operated by Surya AI Technologies Private Limited, the company responsible for the details described here. When you ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion, that is the company that acts on it.

Write to team@miracle.technology for anything in this notice.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. Nothing is gathered in the background, and there is no third form.

Founding registration

  • Your name.
  • Either an email address or a phone number — not both. You choose which door to use, and the other field is rejected rather than quietly stored.
  • A referral code, if you arrived through somebody’s link. Optional.
  • If a Google sign-in option is offered and you use it: the name and the verified email address on the Google account you pick. Nothing else from that account.

The interest form — movers, merchants and partners

  • Your name, or your business or group name.
  • Your email address.
  • Which of the three you are, and the interest you select from the list.

With every submission, both forms

  • A record of your consent: that you ticked it, the version identifier of the wording you agreed to, a fingerprint of that exact sentence, and the time our server received it.

We never collect payment details. Not a card, not an account, not a wallet. The user pays nothing, ever — so there is nothing for us to take payment details for.

One request in return: please do not type health information, routes, financial details or anything else sensitive into a name field. Those fields are sized and handled for a name, and nothing more.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

The basis is your consent. The box is not pre-ticked, you tick it yourself, and the form will not submit without it — the server refuses a submission whose consent is anything other than a plain yes.

The purpose is to contact you about Miracle early access or the participation you selected, and — for founding registration — to hold your place in the founding cohort so that what was recorded at signup can be credited when the product is live.

Consent here is a record, not an assumption. Each submission stores the version identifier of the wording, a fingerprint of the exact sentence, and the server’s own timestamp, so we can always show you the precise words you agreed to and when you agreed to them. If the wording changes, the version changes with it, and consent given to the old wording is never stretched to cover the new.

Miracle is coming live in January 2027, but joining creates no app account and guarantees no partnership. Your details are not sold, and they are not used for marketing that has nothing to do with Miracle.

Who handles it

When you submit a form, what you typed goes to a lead-management system operated by Surya AI Technologies Private Limited, and members of the Miracle team are notified so that somebody actually follows up rather than a record sitting unread. If we reply to you, an email service delivers that message on our behalf and handles ordinary delivery information as any mail provider does.

That is the whole path. There is no advertising network in it, no data broker, and no analytics vendor.

What we go out of our way not to collect

This section is here because these are choices, not accidents, and a choice that is never stated cannot be held to.

  • Your IP address is never passed on. Stopping abuse requires telling one visitor from another; it does not require knowing who you are. So the service converts your address into a one-way fingerprint using a secret generated fresh each time the service starts, and passes that instead. The secret is never written down anywhere, so once the service restarts, that fingerprint cannot be traced back to an address — including by us.
  • Nothing but those fingerprints is held in memory. The running service keeps bounded, short-lived, opaque fingerprints and nothing else: never a raw address, never a copy of your submission.
  • No browser profiling. The page you came from, your browser’s user agent, the page address and any campaign tracking parameters are all deliberately left out of what is forwarded with your details.
  • No third-party scripts, at all. Every page is served with a policy that permits scripts only from this site. An analytics tag, an advertising pixel or a social button cannot load here even by accident, because the browser refuses them.
  • No cookies are set by this site.

Two things we cannot pretend away, and would rather name than omit. The server that hosts this site receives ordinary connection information, as every web server on the internet does. And the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your connection information for those font requests.

Phone numbers, and what signing up does not do

If you register with a phone number, we do not send you a verification code at signup. We are saying so plainly because it has a consequence: somebody could in principle enter a number that is not theirs.

What makes that tolerable is that registration grants nothing. No balance, no value and no entitlement moves when you sign up. Miracle Stars recorded at signup are credited when the product is live, and the checks that matter sit at that later moment rather than at the form.

If a number you control was registered by someone else, tell us and we will remove it — see your choices below.

How long we keep it

While we are still following up on the interest you registered, and until you ask us to delete it.

We have not fixed a retention period yet. It is under review. This page will state the period once it is decided, rather than quote a number today that we could not hold ourselves to.

Deletion also has an honest limit worth knowing before you ask: removing your record does not reach backwards into messages already delivered, or into routine backups taken before the request. When you ask us to delete, we will tell you what was removed and what could not be.

Your choices, and how to use them

At any time, without giving a reason, you can ask us to:

  • withdraw the consent you gave;
  • send you a copy of what we hold about you;
  • correct something that is wrong;
  • delete your record;
  • stop contacting you.

How: email team@miracle.technology with Miracle privacy request in the subject line, from the email address you gave us. If you registered with a phone number instead, tell us the number and we will confirm it with you before acting on the request.

We may ask you to confirm the request. That check is not an obstacle put in your way — it is what stops somebody else from getting a copy of your details or deleting your place.

If this notice changes

The date at the top of the page changes with it. The consent wording carries its own version identifier, so an agreement you gave to one version is never silently treated as agreement to another. If we materially change what we do with your details, we will ask you again rather than assume.
